Campaign AI: Our Campaign AI is self-contained and operates entirely within our secure environment. It focuses on optimizing performance metrics, ensuring that no user data is shared with third-party tools.

Smart Audience AI: This component of our system enhances targeting accuracy and effectiveness by utilizing data in the following ways:

Brand and Competitor Website Data: After undergoing rigorous internal natural language processing, this data is securely shared with OpenAI via their API. This collaboration enables us to leverage advanced analytics, providing enhanced contextual insights that significantly improve our targeting strategies.

Interest Groups: We also share data related to interest groups with OpenAI's ChatGPT. This interaction allows us to refine our AI models continuously, ensuring they remain effective and relevant in dynamically changing market conditions.These processes are designed to uphold our commitment to data privacy while enabling the strategic use of analytics to benefit our clients.

16. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention period is determined by the type of data, the nature of the service provided, and legal obligations.

For Google API data, we retain the data for the duration of the active use of our services by the user. Once the user terminates their use of our services, we initiate a secure deletion process to remove any stored Google user data from our systems within 30 days.

Additionally, we ensure that data stored in backup systems is deleted or anonymized through our regular backup purging processes.
